A little update

I have had some of the most brilliant requests for critter recently and just thought I’d share a few of them with you before I send them to their new homes.

It’s Shaun the sheep from Wallace and Gromit……..you guys already know how much I love Wallace and Gromit so he was brilliant fun to make,  but of course he wouldn’t be complete with his buddy

Gromit who is participating in the diy craft movement and knitting a scarf (it is getting rather chilly here in Illinois)  although I doubt he’s going to need it in his new home in Arizona (lucky dog) thanks Cheryl for the requests I hope they behave themselves!!!! Shaun is a bit of a sofa nibbler so watch out!!

A few people have asked me for gnomes so I decided it was only right and fair to add him to the shop as well.

And look a new critter box……….a lil piggy, he will be added to the shop too.  I love having different critter boxes so thank you so much for the requests Carol.

And in stabby land news I’m still stabbying away in preperation for the Bucktown Bazaar

I’ll be honest this show is freaking me out a little as it is a 2 day event…………eeeeeeeeek must make critters!!!!

I don’t think I’ll ever be at a stage where I think I have enough stuff for a show, so just keep working away and whatever you have will be enough!

I like all the new critters! I’m impressed with Grommit knitting! Is that actually knit? Better be careful, people are going to ask for more “action” critters…. ex. i want a kitty that is crocheting a rug.

arrrghh crotchet!!!! I can’t crotchet so I can’t make that happen for you as much as I would like to.

But yes I know enough knitting to make a knitting Gromit………are you impressed? I don’t know how to cast off properly though so Gromit will always be in the process of “making” something…teeeheee
